FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

This year's Alignment for Progress Conference will be hosted at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, in Washington, D.C. The conference will be located on the Terrace Level with all sessions taking place in the Terrace Theatre, and other activities located in the JFK Gallery and Nations Gallery.

The conference has secured limited room blocks at the ARC HOTEL,  The River Inn, and Courtyard Washington, DC/Foggy Bottom. Rooms will be available at the discounted rate on a first-come, first-served basis. Please see below for information.

Tuesday's programming will begin in the afternoon, and a reception featuring light fare, beer, wine, and mocktails will follow.

On Wednesday, breakfast and lunch will be served in the galleries.

Coffee breaks with small bites will be available each day.

Please note that no food or beverage is allowed inside the theatre, other than water. Water must be contained in a Kennedy Center approved vessel. The conference will provide one reusable bottle to each conference guest for use in the theatre.
